Markets Website!

Shareholders concern;

Truthfully we have our hands full with due diligence and negotiations on
additional Cannabis/Hemp interests for GNCC. Coupled with decisions as to
funding mechanisms to close up certain of these transactions.

Plus we are attempting to "clean up" our Balance Sheet by persuading
Preferred Stockholders to capitalize their "Accrued Dividends".

I agree, an Update is required to our Shareholders now that we are "PINK
CURRENT" on the OTC Markets since yesterday. Obviously, I cannot comment
upon dates or content of Press Releases prior to their public dissemination.
