Family Circle of Care
Formed through collaboration with Mother Frances Hospital and Dr. David Dalton, the sites (both hospitals and clinics) were originally named FamilyCARE Centers.
In 2011, in recognition of the growing challenge to meet the healthcare needs of Smith County, Texas the clinics became a separate, private, non-profit corporation, named Family Circle of Care.
