Still no response yet whether there will be filings submitted to the SEC/OTC Markets. TPAC has no current filings; shareholders pose a 100% loss, a form 15 would possibly delay a suspension and allow for a new potential business opportunity/new management to take over. Unfortunately, it seems as though TPAC/McKay wants this stock ticker to die silently.
