I said they will knock the door , weather they come with in 1% is a different story altogether.
There are two parallel paths here - one is Alice 101 reform and other is HP Vs Berkshire case that is due for hearing for which solicitor General is working in.
If HP wins , It will set a precedence for sfor . ( Fastest Way )
If Alice reforms goes through , good for us , may take extra few months.
