What good is posting advice somewhere else going to do? And when did the company say it was soliciting new management?
Why would the company have to solicit. Every hi-tech, FDA regulated publicly traded company is looking for a CEO that has never had an executive job previously, has never run a public company, does not meet the background requirements of the FDA. Nonetheless apply. You are one of those guys who claims to know everything about everything.
I know Mr. Berman well, and if you took the Chairman and CEO's job he would be out the door like a cool breeze in July. So while shareholders would revile you in very short order, you would be doing Mr. Berman a favor.
