There's something happening here ……….
BIEL flipped up to a 7 Bid/8 Ask this AM when 37 million shares in Buys wiped out the 7 Ask in just 2 minutes.
The 7 Bid Size is now 99 million shares which is larger than the 6 Bid Size was before we flipped to 7/8 .
An OTC Whale, Smart Money, with 3100 followers commented on another BIEL message board this morning 5 minutes after the 37 mil in Buying.
