Just talked to Senator Tillis's office (202) 224-6342, and found out the Hearings this week are open to the public!! starting at 230 p.m.
so if anybody lives in D.C. area, location of the hearings is:
226 Dirksen Senate Office Bldg
Washington, DC 20510
street address is Constitution Ave, N.E. and 1st St, N.E.
it's on blue and orange metro line so very convenient.
