Not a mean person at all and what you said is true, but some people are easily manipulated all they have to do is put a little fear in them even if they didn't intend to sell they will fear gets to them, if you have a product in your country store that isn't selling as fast as you like all you got to do is tell the costumers that there's a possibility they might be a shortage of it and next thing you know the shelf is empty, then all the owner has to do is hold off ordering it back for a week or maybe 2 and then he has a good product selling as it should have to start with.
