I believe the answer to the problem is clear, and it's something they've said all along that they intend to do, but the key is owning at least one, and hopefully more of the patent families that have been established. The answer is one or more partnerships for their products in development, but such partnerships cannot come at acceptable prices until they own the IP rights.

I believe whether a partner buys the rights to everything in development, or a single patent protected property, it will make the company financially viable, and bring a major stock price increase. The failure to establish such a partnership would largely be the result of not owning the IP rights.
