Based on these 2 statements from the last PR can we not assume the GNBT up listing is nearly complete and the company has all the ducks lined up:
pleased to announce that the company plans to declare a 1:1 stock dividend, contingent upon the successful up listing to NASDAQ
The company will provide complete details of the dividend on Thursday June 20th as well as declaration, pay date and ex-date.
To me, it means they fully expect is going to happen at this point but not when. On 6/20 everything should be set in stone. If the announcement is 6/20, I can't imagine it would be later than 7/20 for the uplisting to occur. I could go for 7/1 just to make it easier to remember.
