That's a good question to ask him in the June 7 CC, from what
I remember he said about APR in the past he was trying to
get the ICO of their APR crypto coin completed and that
would give APR the funding to officially get registered as
a public company.
The bottom line for me is I don't even care about APR
its small potatoes compared to collecting the $5M owed
to PHIL from DIO and other company and using those
$$$ to start a BUYBACK.
