A termination of registration is a good move to notify the SEC that resources are being moved elsewhere during the interim while said company determines what the hell is the future is for TPAC. Right now there is nothing and no filings. TPAC is extremely delinquent with SEC/OTC filings and risks suspension/revocation. Shareholders do not want a suspension. Do anything that will suggest there is a future for TPAC. Postings on an anonymous message board prove nothing.
