Agree totally with the overall point of view and sentiment. As far as specifically an effort to "OBTAIN the company for a fraction of it's value" goes, I'm not so sure. I was under the impression that LE had set the company up specifically to prevent this. Not a businessman or legal expert so it is definitely not something I fully understand and could we be totally wrong about.

I think it could be more likely for competitors to be trying to sink the company or for individuals to be trying to accumulate shares as cheaply as possible. Again, could be totally wrong with that view.
