Here is a more recent description of how OnDoc works and it looks even more promising with the addition of interactive video. Last week I called the "urgent" number to "talk with an RN" with my medical provider and gave up after the call was on hold for 20 minutes. Of course the recording before the hold said call 911 if this is a emergency which it wasn't.
