Every time I have an opportunity to hear or see Michael Welch speak my confidence is increased in the fact that he is honest, hard working and doing all that is possible to navigate the issues facing this new industry. The previous leader always gave me a bad vibe. Seemed shifty and he was. I don't think we could do better in the leadership department and I feel good with our destination. I am frustrated by govt.
