Very simple NGIO shares have been paid to each Generex shareholder, each shareholder has those shares in book entry at the transfer agent Broadridge and each shareholder can call Broadridge and ask for their stock certificate, company can’t pull them back that percentage the dividend represents is now owed by every Generex shareholder, so either you wait till NGIO is public which is in the works as stated at the last conference call or call Broadridge for your shares.
