That's exactly where I think leronlimab will be going in cancer. It will probably turn out ok results for tumor suppression/shrinkage but nothing spectacular.
But stopping metastasis will be it's forte. Used in combination from the beginning of other treatment leronlimab will boost other treatments and stop metastasis in its tracks.
If it's marketed at a reasonable price (25-30k U.S.) insurance companies will fall in love with it because it will reduce the cost of trying to fight metastatic cancer.
