Hi Sweetpea. The small float just means that there's a very low number of shares actually available for public trading at the moment, so the pps can move farther on less volume.
When the news hits the wires it should move upward more easily than if the float were, say, most of the outstanding shares verses what it is now, at less than 10% of the OS.
The pps will fluctuate wildly for awhile until those hot news items are revealed and large PO's and/or sweet financing are in the mix as well. Either way, holding our shares is looking much better all the time.
