So is it a positive that the "Cash at End of Period $ 60,066" has only decreased by 10% on this report? https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company...79/content
on the last report ending Jan 31 2019 it was a 60% decrease so as Mr White has said:
"First bright spot is, we greatly decreased our losses this quarter versus the previous one, and with the JV numbers kicking in this coming quarter, those numbers should be on the positive side for the first time in a long time. Secondly, everyone will notice there were no new shares issued in the quarter, which means we have stopped the dilution."
