I am in same thought process as Fat Jr. buying shares. I am not selling shares to excercise warrants. The opposite in fact. I am watching to see if price drops and may add to position with shares on open market. My take is that the uncertainty of the TO and all the other stuff going on will produce buying opportunity for about another month or two. Then upward from there. Pitfalls can always crush us like a CRL on combo. If so lick wounds and move on. But my feeling is good.
As to Mr. Doggie’s questions I cannot recall an NDA with the company or anything that would prevent me from discussing the docs that I signed. But I am on vacation in Asia with no access to all the docs I sent in before I left. So I am at a bit of a disadvantage to elaborate.
