It should be accurate according to data on OTCMarkets.com, where it states that there were 92,674,401 shares held at the DTC as of May 10th, and large investors and/or investment groups hold significant proportions of those shares. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RMHB/security
I think we may have underestimated the number of shares being held by long term investors. Once tucked away at the DTC, those shares are no longer in the public float until they decide to sell them.
