A company at our stage is valued at a multiple of annual revenue ---> x16.8
16.8 (multiple) X $16M (revenue) = $269M Market Cap
Current Market Cap = $42.6M
Current Share Price = $2.15
Share Price with a 16.8 multiple = $13.56
If you assume revenue goes up next quarter by only $1M using a 16.8 multiple = $16.95
That would be x10 gain on the shares I bought recently
What if revenue doubles yoy?
That would be a x20 gain
Everyone should do their own DD and invest/not invest accordingly
