Yes, when it was 50c and they offered 50c share +1/2 warrant it made sense to sell and buy back, you sell 2 shares at 50c, you get 2 shares back plus 1 warrant, you from from 2 to 3, 2shares + 1 warrant, added value.

If you sell 2 shares to fund the 80c + 2 warrants to get 3 shares, you just went from 4 to 3; 2 shares + 2 warrant -> 3 shares, a loss in my opinion. Now if those warrants are about to expire, then yeah, otherwise I would either do the TO or not do the TO without selling shares to fund it. I believe 40c is the key for some, because that is the exercise price. We are half way through the TO deadline, they need news to push it over. We will see what Samsung brings, I feel some are doubting any deal soon because of the TO. I think there are deals lined up and the TO is to flush the warrants; something if I remember correctly, NP said this new bank wanted to remove the warrant overhead. So if there is a deal announced, I am expecting a very quick share price rebound, especially if they can get rid of the convertible note. I watched a little this morning, the convertible note held the price down for a hour or so, just long enough for the TO people to sale to fund the offer. I'm looking forward to those two groups of sellers being done.
