Basically, circumstances change, and SFOR's management adapts quickly to meet the ever changing scenario, in their efforts to continue to achieve their long term goals! A lot of factors go into the demands of their business, many of which remain unknown to us, and requires our trust and faith in their abilities in doing what is in the best interest of SFOR, now and into the future!

Obviously everyone has different opinions as to how SFOR's efforts should be pursued, but it is the efforts of SFOR's management to make the decisions required, and to achieve it's goals! Unfortunately we have many that are uncomfortable with those facts of reality! Respectfully, it is their decision to stay or move on, but it is not their decisions as to how SFOR will manage the company, despite their often expression of dissatisfaction, and demands upon how SFOR should operate.
