Red: I get the same from a realtor who lives in my neighborhood, he sends out a newsletter each month showing the latest house sales he did, and how much above the listing price, etc.
As you say this could be put in an interactive video, such as a link to click on each month's house sales, etc.
I remember too the first time I saw a 360 virtual tour in a real estate video, and thought how great it was.
You are right, it is very very hard for real estate agents to set themselves apart. I know, my brother-in-law tried unsuccessfully to break into the real estate business. He got his license and a well known firm (Berkshire Hathaway Realty - yes owned by THAT Berkshire Hathaway we all know) hired him. He could not set himself apart, and didn't end up making any sales and quit real estate after 6 months. This after spending money to get trained and his realtor license! Maybe if back then Verb technology had been available he would have been able to set himself apart from the competition, but we will never know. It is a very competitive business and it comes down to making the right connections and growing your network, perfect for what Verb Technology is all about. Without that you can try being a real estate agent, but it may be hard finding clients even when you work for a well established company that does a lot of in-house training, as is the case with my brother-in-law's failed attempted at Berkshire Hathaway Realty.
