I recall when the last Quarterly was filed late. I'm not sure, but I believe when he filed past the extension last time, ANDI was no longer "pink current" on the OTC until after he released the report. I believe he said he was waiting for information from someone. I guess it took him some time to get the information where he allowed Dustin Secor to convert some Series-B shares into 300 Million common shares or he gave Keer some common shares. Anyways, I may be mixing it up with another stock. Someone else may remember. I wouldn't be surprised to see White do it again.
