The Quarter that ended 31 Jan 2019 has already been posted as you say on 26 Mar. Regardless of when the previous Quarterly was actually filed, the next Quarterly is for Feb/Mar/Apr (01 Feb - 30 Apr). ANDI would have 45 days to file plus 5 days if they file an extension. That would put the next Quarterly due approx 20 June unless I'm missing something here.
