$RIBT Interesting institution holders, mid February to mid May totals are up, even if Continental's big increase is not figured in.

OK, yes they only bought 22,900 shares or about $68,000, lol, chump change. But how does a London based mega fund know about RIBT let alone buy some? Will they buy more on the way up?
