A higher price point would make no difference. The reality is that we’re going to see continuous selling of cydy shares from warrant holders who can not finance the warrant exercise any other way. This downward pressure must be stopped as it makes a succesful TO uncertain. The way I see it Samsung should buy on the open market, thus providing support. Also it would be more in line with NP’s statement “no more dilution”.
