IDNG in some down here name change coming. The Company believes the new name will better reflect the future direction of the business. The Company also said its health care business unit will operate as a fully-owned subsidiary of RedHawk under the name Independence Health Corp., LLC.
The Company is waiting for regulatory approval to begin trading under its new trading symbol (HAWC) and new CUSIP number (75746Q103).
