In this post, ace mentions that partners get paid first... then SFOR has to wait (in the 1st paragraph).
I responded, Except Gallagher deal, SFOR gets paid 1st.
Shareholders meeting happened just after we learned about Gallagher deal. So shareholders had many questions at the SH's meeting about the Gallagher deal. Kay and George were willing to discuss about small details In regards the deal. One of those things they touched upon was that SFOR gets paid before anyone in that deal.
