Can"t find what I was looking for but certainly management in the know and allowing this behavior certainly needs to be looked into as illegal activity which constituted grave consequences for shareholders. Lori and Smith not only lied but encouraged lying. IMO, even the disclosures can not protect this scum management. THCM what are your thoughts?
