Correction- Spartan isn’t getting sued after all. The rogue trader is being sued by Spartan and has reached an agreement with Axos, the clearing firm.

I shouldn’t have gone with CTR’s premise. When will I learn? More on this later. I’ll post the complaint.

Meanwhile at sea, more gold is being brought up. To date EXPL has not been denied by the Court what is has recovered.
