VERB Questions Updated 26th AM

1a) Will we have more exposure by more analysts on Q2 besides Brian from AGP?

1b)Has there been any further contact with the analysts in our field?

2) What is the status of TaggMED?

3a) How does the deal with our partnership with Microsoft work?

3b) Do we get paid by user or is it a royalty payment(licensing deal) per year for us for letting them use our technology?

4) Would you consider a buyout within 2 years if the price was right or do you prefer growing the company and sell for example 10 years later?

5a) are dividends a possibility alongside growing the company with acquisitions?

5b)what timeframe is likely?

6) You mentioned more then a year ago that you are building a multi billion company, how does your view stand today with all thats been going on?

7) Do you have any additional roadshows planned in the near term for getting more exposure to new Nasdaq investors

8) What are the retention rates of customers?

9) What is the amount or percentage of customers that become paying customers after the end of their one month free or one month for .99?

10) I know that TaggEDU will be ready for the 2019-2020 school year, are we getting a lot of interest with it?

11) What are the company’s profit margins at this time, and what do you expect them to be as time goes on? (I assume that for many new customers there are incurred costs at the beginning with integration and/or the app)

12) How far along is our Facebook live app product? Expected launch?

13) Any update on any of the verticals would be appreciated, including expected launch

14) Any update on the TaggLive show that was happening where buyers could click and buy right on screen during the show?

15) How is Frank Thomas helping/ what will he be used for?

16) Any plans to have other celebrities join on to spread the tech for any of the verticals?

17) I remember a YouTube product being mentioned, is that still in the works?

18) Are there companies waiting for the latest version of our technology before signing on?

19) Are the 575,000 subscribers including enterprise accounts that pay as a whole per month based on the technology used? Say for example revitalu, our tech is integrated into their app, does each of the app users count as a subscriber even though they don’t pay directly, the company pays as a whole?

20) For the customer facing product, the 750k we are getting this year by just one company, will that be shown in one quarter or spread throughout the rest of the 2019 quarters? Going forward will they pay 750k per year or higher because they won’t have it for a full year this year? Also, is this payment in addition to the non customer facing tech they use?

21) This is kind of a weird question but I think that people would enjoy the answer very much and stop and think, “Wow”, how much of the technology is actually fully launched so far? With everything in the works there’s still a lot to come, I feel as though we only have about 10% of our product out

22) I think some downplay our integrations and partnerships with many large players, looking at them like any other company can partner with them. Can you explain how our partnerships are different and how we’ve been building relationships with these companies for quite sometime.

23) How has the addition of Tal Golan helped? Has this made our relationship with Salesforce even stronger?

24) How are the board of directors helping?

25) When will analysts begin to cover VERB?

26) Is AGP coming out with an analysis and price target?

27) I think a mention of how tech stocks are valued would be helpful for investors. 40 million market cap is ridiculously undervalued imo, we have so much room to move up

28) Has any testing been done with our technology and live tv, live sports?

29) How can shareholders and customers help?

30) Suggestion for referral bonuses, one month free possibly for single users, I think that would be big for our small business customers as well as single users. Also when we are finished integrating into the large companies. Referral bonuses for enterprises accounts would work well too I believe. (This is if we even need to refer anyone, I feel like everyone’s hands are full of prospective customers)

31) After integration into the major players how are we going to sell and show that we are integrated and show that adding our tech is a must for your sales? Will each company have salesmen helping?

32) How will we receive revenue from our Microsoft deal? I know we are integrating into every Microsoft application/tool. Will customers pay to add on or will we be a part of an update to their applications, if so what kind of revenue will we receive and will it be monthly?

My Favorite question as of yet...
Thumbs up you know who you are...

33) what will the share price be on August 30th?

(I have a follow up question to see if there was a particular year they were asking for)

Heads up, I will be submitting the questions Monday the 27th in the afternoon HST.

Aloha
