Sorry, I must have missed the relevant part of that discussion. Are you saying that Gallagher is paying an upfront fee to be a re-seller of our software? Like they're buying a franchise and then will pay royalties on top of that? So, there's a definite scheduled amount and time for that revenue to hit the books?
