The SEC sued and Spartan is calling BS. We’ll see what happens. I know KK lost his broker’s license when the SEC sued him. And he’s been sued how many times for non-payment by various entities and lost?
Now as for EXPL, we’re on the wreck(s)......plural.
A great find could lead to a TV show and more. Even though Spartan closed I could sell as EXPL is currently being quoted, but I’m good holding.
I would rather lose with real salvors than make dishonest gains from false and misleading statements.
