You were the one concerned and asking me about whether or not I thought this was a scam, and I told you what I thought.
They have a history of putting out false and misleading information, and it's well documented. Their current lawsuit brought about much discovery, including the Bureau telling Kyle an Aug 2014 PR was false.
In 2016 Kyle claimed they were "on the wreck" in Area 2. To date NOTHING has been found to prove that to be the case. If it were, they're should have gotten a "recovery permit" and not an "exploration permit" renewal.
Now comes Tinkerbell, which has yet to be proven to work, but the company is issuing and selling stock based on the false claim they have the industry leading recovery process.....with ZERO FINDS.
