Apparently some naysayers are grousing over the increase in common stock (up to almost 3.5 B shares) sold to K&J Funds, LLC as per the S-1 entitles them to have.
Always remember, it not the price the shareholders are paying in the short term, its what we will be getting back in the intermediate term.
Assuming the inflow of investment money will be used wisely to successfully expand our product line in Europe and England (and the forthcoming IPO), we will more than make up for this shareholder dilution. Did I mention THC MJ expansion in CA as well?
If the product line does not catch on after all of this, then look out below.
At this time I am optimistically looking out above for newer highs.
