I think there is a BIG difference between moving for a new job and moving for an existing job. With a new job, it can be a crap shoot.
In my opinion, this speaks volumes to what the employees can see, but us investors can't because it's not public.
The distance between offices is a little over 50 miles. Maybe 1 1/2 hours and possible to drive for a while or work from home some of the time if allowed. I known Dennis made a long drive into the office because the wanted to be with the team. Guess those that are moving now are committed co-owners that see a bright future.
