OWCP have no business trying to focus solely on bringing pharmaceutical grade therapies. They don't have the funds to focus on long term projects. OTC was a short term revenue stream to pay some fills like the monthly payment for the toxic loan. If can't even get a normal loan for 5MM last year, why not get cream out there via OTC? I recalled you mention that they would if they find the right partner. if that was the case... why terminate the OTC route via shareholder letter? the PPS took another hit because of their genius plan.
