didn't mean it like that.. have to admit that for some people who got in just now at 2 pennies.. 40 cents buyout is 20x their investment..
So, I can understand if you got a low average..40cents for your shares would be difficult to turn down..
Anyway back to OWCP, I honestly do not think our cream is ready.. back to the lab for 2 years that if they will get the phase 2 trail started in the 3rd quarter.
