Yes - I saw that and immediately steady buying took the price up - I am not sure there are any sellers left or flippers left to sell and I doubt MM's want to "throw" shares away just to take the price down.
If we break and hold above .02 before 12 noon - this afternoon could see a buying frenzy - even into a long weekend.
CDEL wants to buy 131,258 at .017 and currently there are no sellers
MM's can only take the price down 30% by causing a panic so that the "nervous" and "scared" will panic sell - I do not think that there are any panic sellers left to sell.
So many of all the shares available are in "really strong hands" expecting a huge run to $5+
