SJ , you are right , statistics are different in all studies with mice , and not the highest , I just go with Leronlimab by what our doctors said many months ago , about 90% ...

Sometimes there are big problems with mice/animal studies ,
I learned in my medical school , and I believe all medical students until now study about Thalidomide...!!!!

No problem in mice but in humans it was tragic. ...

It was given for morning sickness , and as a mild sleeping pills during pregnancy ...but it produced often severe deformities in babies ..

It was blocking growth of new blood vessels , children were born with shortening , or absence of limbs . It was terrible ...

Now it is use in treatment in some cancers and other diseases .

With Leronlimab there should not be a bad surprises , it is use by many patients for many years now ( over 4 years with Leronlimab , and longer with Maraviroc )

And Dr Pestell worked with CCR5 inhibitors in different studies for many years .. ( first with Maraviroc , in the last about 2 years with Leronlimab ).......

And I trust his research , so I cant wait for patients with TNBC to be injected , and in my opinion correlation with mice should be as good as he think....

There must be a reason he feel so confident ...
