No, there actually shouldn't have been a PR, except maybe as a courtesy, but as badly as they've been hounded by shorts and their bashhole helpers I wouldn't have expected one anyhow.
Nor an 8-k since he wasn't a director, so an 8-k wasn't required for status changes. Again, a bunch of wild assumptions being flung around. None of us really knows what his status actually is. YET!!
Not paying him while we wait for propositions to develop into contracts is smart actually. Someone was paying attention is what it looks like to me. That's my theory, and I'm sticking to it.
Getting dd from watching the Chicken Little News Report is not a smart thing to do. Looks to me like some BS artists just want to help scare shares from weak hands, AS USUAL.
