Very well put Mo. Prudent for passerby's and everyone really, to stay tuned in with the filings and news.
I probably check for new filings everyday. One of my other companies put out a very interesting filing of incentive for their sales team only in a filing, no PR. So really, only investors currently in, or those that have that company on a very close watch saw it. And if the sales team succeeds, so do shareholders.
The 40,000,000 Option Shares will vest when three of the Company’s Sales Agents (the “US Sales Team”) sign up 20,000 ############# customers in the United States of America prior to May 30, 2020 (the “Sales Target”). Meeting the Sales Target will vest the Option Shares for all members of the US Sales Team.
When (and I expect we will) IPIX gets their upfront payment it will, as Leo mentioned in his PR, come with milestones as well. Learning who will be running the subsidiary and the trials will tell us a lot as well imo towards the likelihood of maximizing the trial and meeting those milestones..
