SFOR team, I have to tell you that this IP news is very exciting to me because of the urgency with which they are moving. By June 11, it will be on to the final phase. Strikeforce might have to drop their appeal to the Supreme Court as a result, but we'll be very happy.
Numerous companies have invested millions, tens of millions, etc. defending their technology based Intellectual Property with virtually no recourse. That is very bad for the United States and the economy. It suppresses invention and innovation. Judges well into their 80's are making decisions that determine the financial welfare of companies that have very little understanding of how technology based inventions & innovations work.
We (and SFOR) can be thankful that, Supreme Court Justices, Senators and others have taken notice!!
Blank Rome, you have invested millions supporting SFOR, creating and filing their patents, etc. You deserve to reap the pot of gold. It looks like its getting closer.
