imo, the fmv is higher than 2 cents so i'm not sure who'd lose money unless he/she sold already.

this assumes herb's on board (if that rumor is true....). if there isn't a PL2 because it fell through then that's a different story but again i don't know the details.

p.s. the hedge funds have been buying for a while knowing they'll either win with their bid or win when the other hedge fund wins with their bid.
