Steve can not come in and say the selling price is .0024, take it or leave it. that's laughable. do you think the CEO of IBM can say i'll buyout the company for 10 cents a share ?
just stupid. a fmv of the company (and don't say the current sp is it) has to be calculated by a c.v.a. (certified valuation analyst - i am one btw) or an equivalent... the cva would need to know everything in order to give an accurate appraisal (including all names, nda's or not).
he can skip some parts and offer 10 cents a share and he wouldn't get any argument from this thread i believe.
if this moves forward i see a buyout much higher than where we are now.
but i don't know many of the details. no one but steve and a couple of hedge funds do apparently....
