Most of us here know why the Doctor changed the name of the company but for those that don't it is because there is another company called Univec registered with the State of Delaware. Simply put, you can't have two active companies with the same name. The other company registered as Univec after the Doctor chose to become a non-reporting company and did not remain current with the State of Delaware. Now we're back in business as Univec Conglomerate, Inc. Next step is to file with the SEC.
