.05 was a joke bud...but you have to remember going private the fund typically buys at a premium price not below market valuation. Granted at this point none of us has a clue what's going to happen we can all speculate till the cows come home.
By the looks of it GTSM showing up controlling the bid they wanted a piece of the action this morning. Them showing up out of nowhere today when that tweet came out isn't coincidence imo. what it means for the stock price as this point have no clue.
